Mô tả công việc - Build the internal working process of the marketing team, monitor the working performance of each team member. - Meet established KPI targets for Marketing Team. - Design marketing master plan, identification of business strategy, through conducting an ongoing market analysis. - Provide regular status updates to Founders, CMO as well as your team members. - Establish and maintain relationships with project’s founders or team representatives. - Build and manage a pipeline of integration and co-marketing opportunities with partners. - Identify prospective partnership opportunities for the project. - Work closely to CMO, Project Manager, Marketing Team and Community Team. - Work through the entire funnel from awareness, right down to retention to drive user acquisition and business growth. - Support to monitor all social media channels, plan for partnership-related announcements on social channels. - Taking care of channels and working groups with partners, weekly project progress updates for partners and investors. - Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our marketing campaigns and ads. - Follow up on the status of the community and social platforms (Facebook, Discord, Telegram, Website, Twitter, Medium, ...)
