The main responsibility is to provide professional training for new and present employees so that they will improve skills and make effective contribution in the development of the company. ​ 1. Develop training materials, plan, conduct trainings for all departments of the company based on company's strategy and standards 2. Follow-up with further actions after the trainings with employees/departments 3. Manage company's online training system, including training results and planned activities for further development of employees/departments 4. Manage costs for training-related activities and processes 5. Participate in updating training programs, textbooks, other related documents 6.
