Mô tả công việc - Making use of data and analytics to inform product decisions, including tracking success criteria for new features launched and designing dashboards to extract product insights - Creating well-scoped, well-documented Product Requirements Documents to serve as clear references for developers - Working closely with developers and engineering managers to ensure new product initiatives have been de-risked from an engineering perspective and scoped down to the highest-impact, lowest-effort solution to the problem. - Conducting and summarizing user research in the form of user interviews, surveys, monitoring of customer feedback channels and session data. - Iterating over design concepts with our designers based on findings from user interviews - Ensuring we maintain a high bar for quality in the work that we ship by remaining attentive to high-severity bugs and ensuring our bug triaging system is running smoothly - Working with our Head of Product to plan upcoming sprints that account for necessary progress towards roadmap initiatives, developer bandwidth, and other factors. - Curating our backlog to ensure we are scoring new ideas accurately for effort and impact, in order to shortlist those tasks with the most outsized return on engineering bandwidth. - Facilitating coordinated promotional marketing campaigns with other departments, budgets and general PR plan with major announcements, conferences, broadcasts and other opportunities to achieve key results as set on quarterly and annual basis. - Caring deeply about building a best-in-class product. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Benefits according to the provisions of the Company and the Labor Law - Salary: Negotiable - Working time 8:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday - Dynamic, young and professional working environment - 13th month salary or bonus according the provisions of the Company - Immediately start work if pass interview Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Experience developing NFT platforms/marketplaces and launching NFT products  - Strong familiarity with marketplace, auctions, and NFT communities. - Management experience and thorough understanding of digital merchandising, marketplace from any industry or sector, such as: NFTs, Games, Celebrities, eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, Tech, Startups, Travel, Media, Fintech, Insurance, etc. - Expertise in planning and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies for NFT or other blockchain space products or with the e-Commerce industry. - Experienced of NFTs, Crypto and blockchain space  - Experience project managing software related and emerging product roadmap-management with rapidly changing markets - Confident in working with marketing agencies and partner networks to execute campaigns through various channels - Understanding the online customer payments, payment processing, crypto payment, FIAT payment. - Payment processing or FinTech - Initial experience in managing vendor relationships. Plus: - High sensitivity to design layouts and user-experience - Exposure through a previous role to the blockchain ecosystem - Experience working in a growth-stage startup - Knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency, non-fungible token “NFT”, blockchain technology, Bitcoin, Ethereum, alternative digital currency, non-fungible tokens and emerging digital markets. - The ability to create simple, low-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or other design tools.
