Mô tả công việc - Construct business requirement document from business stakeholders that will be understood by business and technology teams. - Demonstrate a strong, in-depth understanding of financial domain specifically on retail/SME banking or other Fintech services, e.g. digital banking, sales and marketing, unsecured lending etc. - Liaise with business and IT stakeholders, and end users to clarify requirements, prepare detailed user stories / functional specification document for software product development. - Participate in the sprint ceremonies for Agile delivery, proactively identify and resolve functional and non-functional requirement gaps / blockers. - Interact with the business users and technology partners to drive the requirement, functional process into acceptance criteria. - Work with developers closely to address functional / nonfunctional queries. - Manage end to end SIT and UAT, including test planning, test case preparation, test execution, defect management and reporting, and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders. - Prepare detailed system training materials for end user trainings. - Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues and escalate to project manager. - Support project go-live activities, including production verification testing. - Provide regular updates to the project manager and product managers, including the product management team based in head quarter.
