Mô tả công việc Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to: Participates in governance activities such as creation and review of policies, standards and procedures/guidance documents in compliance with service delivery standards, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or other standards as required. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for services. Implements, and manages processes to ensure that services and operation meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Assesses service, project, compliance, or operational risks; and identifies compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. Provides assistance to external auditors in compliance reviews and certification centers in ISO certifications obtaining, etc. Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to maintain compliance with organizational regulations, guidelines, and policies. Recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues and develops risk management strategies. Proven experience in creation, implementation procedures in compliance with service delivery, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or equivalent. Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities. High sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail. Has an analytical mind and critical thinking. Effective oral, written & interpersonal communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Highest level of integrity regarding confidential information. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping. Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
