Mô tả công việc The role Texon International has been expanding its activities in Vietnam with a new factory in Long Thanh DongNai area. In this context, we are looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor who will be a member of Texon team. This role reports to the local Factory Manager, and is based in An Phuoc Long Thanh - DongNai Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing & shipping of goods. 2. Plan, develop & implement warehouse safety & security programs & activities & SOP. 3. Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, & demand forecasts in order to estimate peak delivery periods & to issue work assignments. 4. Schedule & monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products. (FIFO) 5. Coordinate with Production, Sales & Purchasing department on warehouse activities. 6. Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets & equipment, & order maintenance, repair or replacement when necessary. 7. Respond to customers’ enquiries & complaints 8. Examine products or materials in order to estimate quantities or weight & type of container required for storage or transport. 9. Good housekeeping & arrangement of goods. 10. Proper documentation of all deliveries or receiving of goods. 11. At the end of each workday, ensure that the warehouse & all the goods are in order. 12. Implement activities as documented in the Company’s Quality & SHE Manual. 13. Undertake other job functions as & when assigned from time to time. College/University graduate: Accounting / Bussines Administration/Chemistry 2. At least 3 years of working experience in a MNC dealing with goods delivery & warehouse management. 3. Good English communication skills & writing & reading • Able to use the Computer effectively: Microsoft software application(Word,Excel,outlook,etc)
