Kambria & OhmniLabs Vietnam businesses are structured into multi programs including but not limited to: #Programs in Kambria Open Innovation ecosystem such as Starter Program, NFT IP Program, Project Portfolio, Knowledge Base. In general, these programs aim to call for Deeptech Solution seekers and Innovators to collaborate in our ecosystem. OhmniLabs functional programs such as Robot Sales, Customer Services. Our business team is structured accordingly with multi Program Coordinators, each member will coordinate 3-4 programs at a time. The programs each member is in charge ofwould be rotated so that the team can explore and find programs that match their skills / interests, and also can grow different skill sets. Yêu cầu kỹ năng JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in doing businesses in DeepTech industries (AI, Robotics, Blockchain, AR/VR, IoT…). Good business acumen while being able, or willing to learn, to speak the technical language fluently. Negotiation skills. Communication skills in both English & Vietnamese, written and verbal. Execution skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Research skills to find out best practices and develop new ideas, methods, or procedures to effectively meet changing circumstances. Professionalism and a high sense of responsibility ; willing to go extra miles to ensure projects are executed on time and of high quality. Startup mindset; comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and proactive to find different approaches to achieving the goal. Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
