Mô tả công việc Job Brief As a Marketing Executive, you will assist the Property Management team to develop and launch existing and upcoming Property Management projects. This will include creating and managing marketing campaigns, creating PR material, and evaluating and updating KPIs when needed. Your Responsibilities Execute, monitor, and evaluate all PR activities and advertising measures. Develop and deploy marketing campaigns and material that meets the needs of the department. Establish an effective relationship with the Marketing Department to ensure a well-defined marketing strategy. Coordinating PR and events. This includes collaborating with PR and advertising agencies and journalists. Through your marketing strategy you will: #Execute marketing campaigns that are on time and within budget. Deploy PR activities and advertising measures (newspaper, media, website etc.). Prepare studio briefs and liaise with the Marketing Department to create excellent marketing material. Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.  At least one year of experience in a similar or related position. Strong analytic skills and planning capability. Good understanding of marketing principles.  Hardworking, self-motivated, and creative.
