Mô tả công việc Operations monitoring: ● Manage, document & evaluate operations flows for optimization & robustness. ● Monitor key Operations KPIs to propose suitable strategy & effective actions, then communicate & collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive Ops KPIs to achieve target. ● Work closely with Operation teams to grasp the operations problems and update management promptly.
