Mô tả công việc 岗位职责： 与公司产品、技术团队协同，完善催收管理信息系统； 制定催收团队管理制度、奖惩办法、对催收员进行考核； 根据公司的经营计划，协同HR部门，搭建本地催收团队； 制定催收团队作业SOP、质检考核方案、催收策略等，保证催收团队合规完成公司的逾期率目标； 根据风险控制管理要求，对各类逾期客户日常账户管理，同时降低高风险逾期客户群体，达成项目整体目标。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: Provides Management Guidelines, Rewards and Punishments, and KPI System for Collection Team Cooperates with the Product Team and Research & Development Team to work on Collection Management Information System Designs SOP, QC system, and Collection Tactics for Collection Team; Ensuring to lead Collection Team to reach the objective of repayment rate Cooperates with Human Resources Team to expand Collection Team, complying with business plans Maintains variety of Overdue Customers Accounts according to the Risk Control Management Requirements; Reducing the number of High-Risk Overdue Customers to reach the target of the whole project Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng 任职要求： 本科及以上学历； 擅长从0-1搭建体系； 具有5年以上催收工作经验，2年以上催收管理（50—100人）经验， 自驱能力强； 熟悉催收的合规性管理； 善于与不同人群沟通，说服力强，具备较强的谈判技巧； 愿意长期在越南工作。 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: Bachelor or above 5+ years working experience in Collections; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collection management (50-100 people) Self-driven Good communication skills and strong negotiation tactics Good at establishing system from scratch Familiar with compliance management of collection Fluent in English or Chinese
