Mô tả công việc 1. Accounting Services Implementation & Coordination: 1.1. In collaboration with persons in charge of office administration, TD & EAP Services; issuing official invoice and ensuring that it will be sent timely, accurately to right stakeholders. 1.2. Collecting, scanning invoices and other documents in collaboration with Accounting Service for their Financial reports, Tax calculation prior to Tax submission. 1.3. Monitoring payables and receivables, setting petty cash management procedure to minimize the overdue payment and ensure safe cash flow 1.4. Filing properly all documents related to accounting, personnel admin (ex: invoices, labor contracts, service agreements, …). Ensuring the critical soft & hard copies are filed in right order/ categories and in confidential manner. 2. Personnel administration: 2.1. Completing timely and accurately the monthly payroll of employees, associate consultants/ counselors/ speakers. 2.2. Implementing SI, HI, UI as the law required. Ensuring the employee insurance is renewed timely 3. Business Support: 3.1. Controlling the office operating expenses, ensuring it is within assigned budget. Providing some inputs into budget planning for upcoming year 3.2. Give inputs for updating pricing structure. Highlight the areas that can improve company EBITA and cash flow Quyền lợi được hưởng Flexible working time Competitive salary with attractive benefits Dynamic working environment Strong learning culture Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education : • University graduated in Accounting  Related Experience : • Have experience in general accounting and personnel administration Core Skills, Competencies : • Can implement on-going accounting tasks (invoicing, bookkeeping, …), payroll administration (issuing labor contract according to current labor law, payroll calculation, Social/Health Insurance processing, …) • Interpersonal communication: convey & explain clear message, able to negotiate with external counterparts (both in local & English) about payment terms, and other cost matters • Proactively prioritize the tasks and manage deadlines of multi-tasks • Master excel functions and accounting software.
