Mô tả công việc 1. To support Alliance/ Sales to ensure the preventive maintenance schedule of the customer is met timely as required. 2. To execute the field services including troubleshooting, analyzing failure fault and repair/ service of pump and mechanical seal at customer’s site or within our own workshop to ensure optimal return of investment. 3. To perform dis-assembly/ assembly of pump in workshop or on site in accordance to operational procedure sheets. Install piping and set mechanical seals to match drawings. Able to operate drill press, hydraulic torque tools and high pressure testing equipments. 4. To perform dis-assembly/ assembly and testing of mechanical seal within our workshop in accordance to our engineering drawings and specifications. 5. To assist in Safety, Health and Environmental (S.H.E.) matters as required which include developing work instructions, safety plans and risk management program to risks associated with repair/ service processes. 6. To keep good maintenance and 6S programs for service machinery, equipment including computer system, tooling and accessories to ensure its condition that are fit for use and compliance to S.H.E. requirements. 7. To be responsible for proper storage and handling of related chemical solvent. 8. Other responsibilities to be determined as needed. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education/Experience Required: 1. Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering , or Marine Engineering. 2. Minimum 2-3 years technical experience in Fluid Motion Control Industry or in Mechanical Maintenance Industry. 3. Working knowledge in Petrochemical, Oil Refining or Power Plant Industry would be an added advantage. 4. Hands-on experience on troubleshooting, service/ repair and maintenance is a must Special Skills Required: 1. Must be physically fit and a good team player. 2. Must be able to read engineering drawings, read and interpret blue prints and schematics. 3. Must be able to read, write and interpret the manuals and instructions. 4. Positive attitude towards work and learning. 5. Good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional language skill other than the local language is a bonus. 6. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill. 7. IT literate. Competent in technical writing and MS office applications. 8. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 9. Self motivated and is able to work independently with good initiatives. 10. Able to interact with all levels of employees. 11. Must be able to work with sense of urgency and overtime when required. 12. Must be prepared to travel within short notice when required for emergency onsite calls.
