Responsibilities And Key Activities Coaches other business functions on optimization of spend Supervises sourcing team in a unit Is a key counterpart to other functions in the unit Facilities cross-functional cost and spend reviews in the unit Acts as contract owner for selected suppliers Drives availability, quality and cost development of materials and services for a unit Implements Global and Area category plans in the Unit / country Represents Sourcing towards the unit’s management team Addresses local sourcing needs within Area (FL) or KSU Sourcing teams and towards Area/Global Sourcing Managers/Category Managers and drives the inclusion of local sourcing needs into Area/Global Sourcing plans Manages escalated supplier issues within the unit Operating Model in the unit in line with KONE WAY Product or service cost reduction or product cost model contribution in own area of responsibility Savings performance in sourcing projects and savings data accuracy Ensures and drives alignment of Sourcing, Purchasing/MM/Fleet management Sourcing Pre-to-post contribution in own area of responsibility Compliance with contract owner tasks in alignment with KONE supplier segmentation Contract coverage % and quality in area of responsibility Cost development in own Area/unit/category of responsibility in comparison with business drivers (e.g. spend, FTEs, units delivered, etc.) Supplier quality/performance (e.g. EFR) and/or on-time delivery Upfront PO excellence (PO creation before invoicing) Quality of supplier segmentation and classification management jn own area of responsibility Unit Sourcing plan accuracy and maintenance Usage of preferred ordering channels/suppliers Compliance to internal control requirements Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Professional Requirements University degree in technical or commercial sciences At least 4 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management or relevant area Good skills with MS Office tools and application Fluent spoken and written English; spoken and written in Vietnamese is mandatory At least 4 years of experience on leadership (managerial position) Stakeholder management skills Ability to work in international environment Knowledge of supply markets, drivers and technology in relevant area of spend People management skills Change management skills
