Mô tả công việc Logs daily events in Supervisor’s Logbook and follow-up on information reported by the other Supervisors daily. Ensures Housekeeping service standards are in accordance with the Operations Manual. To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors. Assists the Assistant Manager and Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to. Ensures Housekeeping Attendants also provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Makes requisition twice weekly of amenities for “Turndown” service. Ensures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Prepares worksheets for daily Housekeeping Attendants. Ensures Rooms Division meets the Hotel’s targets in the areas of Guest Satisfaction Survey and Customer Audits. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Works with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper to prepare weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators. Prepares and issues Room Status Report. Assigns duties and responsibilities to Room Attendants. Distributes “Turndown” amenities. Collects report from previous shift Floor Supervisor. Inspects guest rooms. Checks the standard of “Turndown” services by Room Attendants. Reports and follow-up on repair and maintenance. Obtains and follow-up handover work from previous shift Floor Supervisor. Issues and keeps record of master keys. Updates room status via telephone interface system. Reports adverse guest comments. Prepares appropriate welcome and other amenities for V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, and long stay guest rooms. Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. Liaises closely with the Front Office regarding guestroom status. Reports lost and damaged items. Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the basic primary language of English used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Work across all areas to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained. Qualification - High school or equivalent education required. Experience - Minimum 12 months of prior experience as a Room Team Leader.
