Mô tả công việc Understand the project specifications and ensure they are met in the deliverables the development team is providing. Schedule and facilitate project meetings. Communicate with the development team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, responsibilities and timelines. Monitor progress, manage project schedules to assure all commitments to stakeholders are met. Provide project updates/reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project status(es). Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Maintain communication with upper management and escalate changes or issues accordingly, within the assigned level of authority. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities. Proven ability to interact well with people at all levels within and outside the organization. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work across functional teams regionally/globally, managing conflicts, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others.
