Mô tả công việc - Build and develop relationships with suppliers. Follow up with Commissary , R&D, QA, Department to ensure services + quality of suppliers - Liaise with suppliers and negotiate for purchases to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms ( best value for money ) - Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all purchases/Projects are delivered to Commissary /stores and T/O on time in full. - Work closely with R&D, QA, QC, to ensure quality and safety of raw materials + services supplies to JB VN . - Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material/ availability and prepares market analysis reports. - Observe market price and complete purchasing report every 2 weeks - Support sourcing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, costs saving, costs avoidance , costs competitiveness.., - Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement process including speed and service level to internal stakeholders - Others task will be assigned if any Quyền lợi được hưởng • 13th-month salary, KPIs. • Provide tool working equipment • Social and health insurance of the Employee will be paid in accordance with the regulations on insurance. • Time of Rest: According to the Company‘s Labor Regulation and current labor regulations. • Opportunities to learn, participate in internal training courses • Opportunities for rapid growth and advancement to senior management positions. Yêu cầu kỹ năng * Education background: - Diploma/Degree in Purchasing Management / Administration/ * Experience: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at management level in F&B *Skills: - Good planning and bargaining skills - Ability to work under high pressure - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of food & beverage/ - Good speaking and writing in English - Is innovative and analytical - Good geography knowledge of Vietnam (especially traffic of the first & second tier city) - Is motivated and eager to learn * Others: - Teamwork spirit, ready for high-pressure - Honesty , integrity and frugality - Hard working and commitment
