Mô tả công việc Develop Job descriptions and liaison with Hiring Manager to the quarterly update. Build, improve and manage recruitment channels & resources, talent pool and candidate system. In charge of recruitment for the RSC team - Office (from staff to Manager level) included posting advertisements, screening, interviewing, and conducting a reference check. Supervise and support HR Recruitment Team can run smoothly and followed up HR Procedures always well done. Monitor the recruitment process in the timeline and follow as recruitment policy and company policy. Maintain a systematic inventory of potential candidates for future retrieval. Maintain & develop the E-hiring system. Build up appropriate networks to source candidates for current or future openings. Assist to plan, monitor and update the annual recruitment budget, effectively employees’ referral checks, offers process and onboarding. Support team in Employer Branding activities. Develop and implement annual job fairs, university seminars, university/ college network... if any Other duties are assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.
