Mô tả công việc Involve with Cat Man on Negotiate trading terms, Promotion with suppliers Maintain trusted and reinstall confidence in relationship with suppliers Stay involved in Stock Distribution, Manage the Obsolete items Involve & guidance on regular basis with suppliers (targets of sales, Promos, Stock ,OOS …) Monitor stock Level and service level ( Follow up suppliers, sales, evolution, quality & deliveries ) Providing guidance to Cat Man on how to improve figures and customer engagement. Managed a team of Category Managers & Assistant ( 4 - 5 persons) Make and Respect Buying plan to match DOI ( Division Target 60 days/stores) Identifying market trends and monitoring supply and demand (New items, business opportunities) Responsible of Pricing Strategy and Price Management Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas. Check & Valid Category review twice a year Responsible for Front Margin , other income, Back Margin Frequent and regular visits of our Stores, competitors and suppliers (show room) Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Knowledge of Softline/ Home-line/ Bedding & Bath/ Home Décor/ Furniture Retail industry and Merchandising management is a must. Knowledge of supermarket/ hypermarket business is an advantage. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Hyper market retail business and /or related business Process orientation Decision making Communicate and interpersonal Leadership and team management Good level of spoken and written in English Proficient on Microsoft office Positive thinking and adaptability
