Mô tả công việc ● Propose and implement a recruiting plan based on recruitment needs; ● Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design interesting job descriptions & deploy recruiting campaigns and job advertisements for attracting talents; ● Execute & be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment such as searching, screening CV, call interviews, assessments, in-depth interviews, and offers; ● Be active and creative in sourcing on many channels, sources as possible like recruitment websites, social networks, groups, forum, career fair..; ● Develop & maintain candidate Database; ● Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of new employees; ● Propose ideas & solutions to improve continuously the Talent Acquisition policies and processes to show up the Company brand; ● Attend events /conferences/ seminars if possible (job fair, career day…); ● Write recruitment content on social media and follow up ● Achieve a weekly recruitment report; gain the KPIs for the recruiting; ● Carry out other tasks assigned/ shared by the HR Manager; Quyền lợi được hưởng • Working in a dynamic, professional environment with many opportunities for advancement. • Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday. • Probationary work with 100% official salary, 16 days of leave / year • Provide full equipment to serve the job. • Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to the Labor Law. Yêu cầu kỹ năng ● Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 3-years of experience as Recruitment Specialist/Consultant, Talent Acquisition, preferably in the medical field. ● English proficiency is a must as the role require regular communication with regional office in Singapore; ● Know the nature and characteristics of work, as well as a good understanding of the recruitment process; ● Proficiency in using recruitment websites or social networks to look for & find talented candidates, interesting profiles; ● Knowledge on how to treat and keep contact well with partners or potential candidates; ● Ability to organize, arrange the work proficiently; ● Knowledge on how to make a plan or strategy for work; ● Strong communication skills, soft skills, negotiation & critical thinking skills. You have a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style with a positive customer service and solutions-focused mindset; have training skills and organize training classes according to the needs of the company. ● Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-discipline and open mindset; ● High responsibility & ability to work under high pressure; ● Having headhunting experience is a plus.
