Mô tả công việc • Handling all phone calls to the clinic • Scheduling appointments for clients in the CRM and maintain them as required. • Remind clients about their appointments. • Welcoming guests to the clinic, responding to their inquiries • Cashiering & invoice issuing • Input client data into CRM • Support other functions as required • Keep the overall clinic nice and clean • Ordering and monitoring supplies as needed • Other tasks as required by the Management Board. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • At least 2 years of experiences in Front desk, Customer services, Receptionist. • Preference is given to those with work experiences in Hospitality services, skincare/healthcare industry or similar. • Be able to communicate with clients in English • College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related fields Appointment scheduling and cashiering skills are highly preferred. • Detail-oriented, confident, responsible • Active, flexible, and a good problem-solver • Open-minded, positive attitude, team-player
