Yêu cầu kỹ năng ● Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail field or related field, ideally in a start-up company. ● Experience in management, operations, and leadership. ● A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required ● Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Excellent project and time management, organization, communication and interpersonal skills. ● Analytical, independent thinker  ● Fluency in English is a must
