Mô tả công việc Key Account Management is responsible for developing and managing performance of potential clients including private hospitals and clinics on thuocsi platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1/ Project management: – Monitor and tracking the status of projects on the team and compiling into weekly status reports for meetings. – Documenting client briefings, understanding them in the context of the current or proposed brand essence and current market situation – In collaboration with CS Manager, effectively work with Supply, Finance team to deliver client’s expectation – Managing client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company – Supporting ongoing daily client’s requests and directly reporting to the account manager – Manage paperwork, charge clients fees and collect payments 2/ Account management: – Pursue client’s agenda with deep insight and passion – Proactively develop a deep understanding for your clients and their industry – Becoming familiar with the nature of clients’ services, business culture and competition – Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & company 3/ Revenue management: – Proactively hunt for new clients, deal from social, networks – Control project in-out cost, P&L 4/ Team management: – Strongly follow business processes to enhance the company’s CRM system performance – Collaborate and manage team of 3-4 members – Always-on improving leadership to catch up promotion process 5/ Corporate task: – Continuously update new market trends, industry products, policies… Quyền lợi được hưởng - Attractive and competitive income - Opportunities to be trained by professional co-workers - Full package benefits for employees in accordance with Labor Law - Chances to upgrade the level and salary during working Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education: Qualifications in pharmaceutical, Business Administration, Business Relations.
