Mô tả công việc 1. The PJP Mission ● Health care is changing: Radical innovation, increased openness to change, increasing patient empowerment, multiple sources of medical information, and pressure on public spending. As a result of all this, the needs of our stakeholders continue to evolve. ● The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the center of the new Roche organization, turning upside down the role we play in society - from mostly offering world-class medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and breakthrough transformation. By doing so the PJP will be directly accountable to deliver better outcomes for patients, their community, the health ecosystem (the healthcare services and stakeholders that interact together in a community to address the needs of patients, including healthcare providers, payers, not-for-profit organizations, regulators, policy makers and industry) and the organization, faster. ● The PJP is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. She or he partners closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey [a comprehensive map of experiences (emotional, physical, psychological), through the eyes of the Patients as they navigate through the healthcare ecosystem] (in a given therapeutic or disease area), gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions. ● This role is locally embedded in the ecosystem, it is an integrated role, functionally agnostic, (i.e. it does not fit into the traditional concepts of Commercial/Sales or Medical Affairs) ● It has no profitability, sales objectives or incentives 2. Responsibilities & Accountabilities The PJP is a senior level role within the affiliate, who has decision making authority to request resources of Roche (both within the affiliate and broader network) in order to have improved impact on the patient journey ● The PJP focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, identifying areas of shared purpose with patients and ecosystem, identifying the medical unmet needs during patient journey, including but not limited to disease awareness, screening and early detection, diagnosis, treatment decision and following up such as: on-going monitoring, survivorship and recurrence monitoring. The PJP will work with relevant stakeholders and partners who interact directly with patients in their journey, such as physicians, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists and technicians, psychologists, nurses and supportive care..,to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. ● The PJP also focuses on bringing the inside out, closely work with functional experts (medical, commercial, access, etc.) locally or other networks to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge in order to support HCPs’ and other stakeholders’ capability in the ecosystem, considering ways to enable/influence change the system to better meet the needs of the patients. ● Acts as trusted partner and is the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; the PJP shares the patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster. ● Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community. ● Drive Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes but not limited to non-promotional and promotional activities and interactions in order to convey key clinical data and product information to HCPs such as face to face discussion with individual/group of HCPs, educational events, and advisory boards, sharing products’ merits with HCPs in a truthful, factual, up-to-date, fair and balanced manner by relevant evidence and data. ● By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, the PJP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem - including but not limited to increasing public awareness, patient education, supporting HCPs’ capability improvement and healthcare system’s capacity in the diagnosis, treatment and follow up - using the appropriate tools and channels such as knowledge exchange and information and digital health solutions ● The role is empowered to pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, including in collaboration with other PJPs, HSPs and other functional experts, in order to enable desired outcomes such as building treatment guidelines ● Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services. ● Ensuring compliance with Roche Directives/SOPs and local regulations ● Identifying, collecting and reporting any AE and/or other reportable event and forward any product quality complaint to pharmacovigilance/QA unit within timelines described in relevant SOPs. ● Responding or triaging all unsolicited enquiries from customers on Roche products, including both on-label and off-label enquiries. ● If required, PJP may act as the first point of contact for any Roche clinical trial/ research topics Quyền lợi được hưởng - Company trips, team building. - Competitive salary - Other benefits according to the provisions of the Company and the Labor Code. Experiences, Knowledge and Qualifications Skills & experience: ● Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations is required ● Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
