Mô tả công việc Yves Rocher looks for experienced candidates for the vacancy Supply Executive, Ecommerce channel (temporary 6 months) as follows: Order Management • Perform duties of order processing in coordination with internal parties. • To ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner (OTIF) • Handle day to day activities and exceptions when necessary. • Monitor inventory dedicated to online business which includes but not limited to cosmetics products (expiry dates, stock quantity…) and packing materials (carton boxes…). • Coordinate with our 3PL for last-miles deliveries and follow-up the status of the orders. Market Places • Manage and process Purchase Order from our Partner • Monitor consignment inventory at our Partner warehouse • Manage monthly fulfillment reports and coordinate with the Partner in case of discrepancies • Other tasks appointed by the management Customer Service • Provide customer service via phone and/or email, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns. • Manage customer complaints/return/refund process • Coordinate with Accounting Department for invoice process • Process all cancelled and exchanged orders • Other tasks appointed by the management Quyền lợi được hưởng -13th month salary, gifts on holidays and New Year - Supported with regular training to improve specialized knowledge - HĐLĐ, bảo hiểm XH, BHYT đầy đủ - Labor contract, social insurance,  health insurance -Lương tháng 13, có quà tặng vào các dịp lễ, tết - Được hỗ trợ đào tạo nâng cao kiến thức chuyên ngành thường xuyên Yêu cầu kỹ năng Having 2 years’ experience in the related field Customer oriented and detailed oriented Computer literacy particularly in MS Excel  Graduating from University/ College Written and verbal English skills - able to communicate at all levels of the business Must be able to work independently and as a team.
