Mô tả công việc 1. Logistic tasks: - Trace on cargo status and track delivery schedules. - Searching for domestic and foreign forwarders for cost optimization. - Contact forwarder to take booking. - Do Customs declaration. - Prepare delivery note, shipping documents (Packing, Invoice, Bill), invoices, necessary documents to apply for C/O and check Draft B/L, C/O, HS code. - Handle incoming and outgoing shipment. - Liaise with forwarders to follow up closely on shipment (courier, air, sea shipment). - Document management, data entry into the internal management system. 2. QC (quality control) tasks: - Going to VIETNAM factory’s warehouse. - Checking goods at factory warehouse to ensure mass production is the same with sample. - Connect with VIETNAM/oversea factory when they start mass production and report to sales & managers when having any trouble. - Going to VIETNAM customer’s warehouse to ensure delivery the delivery goes smoothly.
