Mô tả công việc - Receives all Origin Import CDs from LSPs daily. Check contract number / contract date , amount, Invoice number /Invoice date. Check for enough request CD docs or not. - Runs VNACCS for total CD had declared, separate into each LSP and send mail request to them for submission - Monitors late CD sets submission from LSP and push them on time - Submits CD docs to SEHC's Accountant Dept. in case being requested for their international payment - Hands over full folders of all import CD sets monthly to SEHC and collect receipts - Monitors fully scan CD files submitted by LSP and save on SDS's driver after changing file's name to CD# - Makes file and saves Origin Import CD sets into folder (separate into each Import type) - Control for collecting original CD sets and monthly Customs fee - Reports total CD per month to SEHC and SDS - Control monthly customs fee : request and collect full payment receipt from LSPs to SEHC " Quyền lợi được hưởng - Competitive Salary; - 100% gross salary during probation; - Statutory insurances; - Quarterly Party, Team Building, YEP, GWP; - OT should be compensated based on gross salary; - Lunch allowance (910k per month), shuttle bus; - Work from Mon - Fri, from 7:30 to 17:18; - Professional & challenging working environment;               Yêu cầu kỹ năng - College or university graduated, preferred in shipping, logistics, foreign trade, maritime transport; - Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation; - Background knowledge in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding; - Minimum 1 years of similar job position, preferred Air/LCL export booking or customer service position in production, logistics or freight forwarding companies; - Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system; - Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint); - Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working; - Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task; - Able to work overtime.
