Mô tả công việc - Ensure high quality, theefficiency of customer service and technical support to customers within 48 hours (under 12 hours is recommended) - Receive assignment from Team Leader - Appropriately provide help, advice and appropriate solutions to customers, ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently in the shortest time and guarantee the highest satisfaction - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers to bring the best customer experience - Work closely with company's partners / suppliers / manufacturers / etc ... to solve related customers' problems - Support other teams in Operations department when needed - Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs and demands, then effectively collaborate with other teams to improve service and product quality - Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
