Mô tả công việc Drive overall People Strategies to the organization. Engage the strategic plan process by supporting the execution of the company strategies through the implementation of HR strategies and solutions that support short and long-term business objectives, which mainly includes: attract and retain key talents, build and develop human resources capability, enhance employee engagement, develop and implement HR excellence (system & process) and digitalize HR to align with the globe’s trends. Develop and execute all people strategy to support the overall business results and strategic direction of MMVN & BSM, specifically in the areas of culture building, people development, organizational and performance management, talent management, succession plan, change management, total rewards management and Digital HR. Plan annual HR budget and manage within approved budget with the business growth & achievement. Ensure that all human resources activities and programs are aligned with the Group’s and MMVN & BSM strategies and objectives in both short- and long-term business with the effective agility and resilience. Talent Acquisition Focus on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skillset for MMVN & BSM. Set people planning strategies, lead the development, and implementation of people planning, programs and systems that enhance the company’s competitiveness to attract and retain targeted talent for MMVN & BSM as the best employer of their choice. Implement the recruitment digital platform for effective and sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment system HR Operations Advise key operational stakeholders on a wide variety of personnel and HR issues, as well as hands-on management of the function. Accountable for all HR aspects of the closure of any stores including consultation with Union; and any other HR change management initiatives. Responsible for the management of change and the provision and implementation of change solutions. Responsible and ensure the best strategies and implementation with excellent result in areas of HRBP, C&B, Payroll, HR Communication, Employee Relation, Company Policy, and HR Operations in all formats Accountable for MM Mega Market and BSM operational personnel budget and the delivery of business objectives in line with the budget, in conjunction with the Heads of Finance. Regularly monitor the expenditure and take appropriate action to ensure that budgets are effectively well managed and not exceeded. Be the excellent business partner with business leader to ensure that company achieve the business results by providing and applying the best possible people strategic plan. Responsible for the preparation and effective roll out of e-annual employee data survey. Learning Management & foundation Build strategic plan for Learning and Organization Development that aligned with Company Strategy. Manage Learning & OD foundation including Learning Management System, Performance Management System, Leadership Development program, and learning frameworks. Effectively implement the effective academy framework, Career Path Development, and Training plans. Learning culture Build the learning culture and program to promote learning in all formats of MMVN and BSM. Promote for Core Values and Company cultures, plan and build Employee engagement program for employee Talent & Performance Management Build talent pipeline, succession plan and development plans which include varies of learning methodologies, talent exchange, short- & long-term developmental assignments Manage the framework, process, conduct the SWFM instruction/ calibration session for Senior Leadership Team and ensure company’s talents having best possible IDP. Company Culture and Employee Engagement Drive strategy for OD Activities to promote Company culture, Core Values, Competency Development; Employee Engagement; Reward & Recognitions HR services & Office Management Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis Ensure that projects, milestones, goals in Office Management are met and adhering to approval budgets; Team Management & Development: Leverage Team Capabilities Manage general office activities & HR administrative such as maintaining high-standards in office presentation and office equipment performance; purchasing office supplies, postage; managing photocopy, fax, transporation, hotels and file all general correspondence, forms and memos; maintaining trade (sub)contractor records and all HR activities in HO. Managing Team effectiveness Manage office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored; Develop and implements policies and procedures for placing expatriates Build Successor Quyền lợi được hưởng Young and dynamic work environment.
