Mô tả công việc Issued the VAT invoices (draft) of the ecommerce platform; Extract & collect the invoices of service fees for payment from ecommerce platforms, Beautizon website; Extract, collecting & processing raw data of ecommerce sales channels (Purchase orders & Payment) of Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Sendo, Yes24 and Beautizon ecommerce platform with 05 brands of Sukin, Andalou, Vitaman, Natio, Antipodes and send to accounting; Reconcile customer payments with accountants through payment channels: banking, cod collection, transactions via vnpay; Follow, check if the products have been delivered to customers to update with sales team and handle related issues if any; Create documents, track warehouse transfers on e-commerce platforms and BTZ’s system; Prepare contracts, contract appendix and another documents to support the sales team; Make sales reports if any; Monitor debts; Support other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department Quyền lợi được hưởng Annual leave: 14 days; 13th month salary and bonus according to the company's revenue; Receive your salary on the 25th of every month (instead of the 30th or 5th of every month, ie you receive your salary before the last 5 days of the month); Buy company products at preferential prices for employees; Company-sponsored training to improve specialized knowledge; Participate in activities organized by the company.
