Mô tả công việc • Make a business plan and monthly/quarterly/termly budget for one of Topica’s products (Edumall/Native/Uni…). • Calculate & analyze the trends of (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as No. of leads, CPL, CVR, CAC, AOV, Gross Billing, Gross Profit, variable costs, fixed costs,etc. • Align with other departments in order to monitor above KPIs and identify the causes of any unexpected variances. • Prepare Actual vs Budget/Forecast/Rolling forecast of Financial Reports & other Ad-hoc management reports.
