Mô tả công việc Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action. • Provide information about the company’s operations, financial statements to current and potential shareholders • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances. • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. • Prepare the company’s budget. • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. • Propose internal policy and process, review contracts and other tasks required by Finance Manager • Open for an internal secondment to build the foundation and make sound financial decisions • Support fund raising & investor relation Quyền lợi được hưởng - Enjoy the welfare regime as prescribed by the Company such as: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, bonus, birthday, wedding or funeral, annual vacation… - Basic salary from 17-25 million, depending on individual ability and performance. - To participate in intensive training classes of the Company and its affiliates Yêu cầu kỹ năng Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus
