Mô tả công việc Responsible for your target. Support and coach junior officer to achieve individual & group target. Enhance Provincial sales Built and maintain close relationship with dealer’s management. Regular report/follow up with assigned dealers. Involve/ responsible in fleet performance at assigned dealers. Entrench Toyota/Hino/Suzuki/Lexus Financial Services as the Toyota/Hino/Suzuki/Lexus Dealers' first choice for financial and related services through quick, effective and accurate documenting of applications and loan contracts. Attain acquisition and retention goals for finance volume, finance terms and insurance sales. Provide transparent and regular reporting on status, timelines, success and failures on all sales & marketing activities in the assigned dealership. Attain complete customer satisfaction in the finance and insurance sales process.
