Mô tả công việc • Provide deep-dive analysis report on service performance, highlight any trends, patterns or changes that may impact the business • Conduct business review analysis report for Head of BU & product regularly to identify the next strategy for business growth • Keep tracking KPI Performance and sales forecast • Continuously look to improve existing analysis or adding new ones, with an emphasis on practical, achievable solutions and recommendations for the business • Manage the end-to-end delivery of given analytical project Quyền lợi được hưởng Young and active environment in one of the top Fintech Company in Vietnam. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required • Experience: - Strong analytical and technical experience and knowledge - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Reporting and presentation skills a must. - Proficient in Oracle, SQL Server or other SQL-based platforms - Having Ecommerce, Banking & Finance industry experience is an advantage • Essential skills: - Passion for data and numbers - Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skill - Good at analytical skill • Personal characteristics: Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility.
