Mô tả công việc Evaluate and enhance/improve designed loan product (CDL, TWL…) and insurance product in order to ensure the efficiencies attractiveness to the market; Support and consult Sales team about the concerns related to products; Cooperate with related departments in developing and launching new products Proactively propose solutions in products to achieve sales target Project Management Analysis Keep monitoring and adjust frequently regulations/ policies of the products to ensure the compliance with Government, SBV and Company internal policies; Fast-learning and creation Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio) At least 2-5 years of working experience in product development (CDL, TWL, Bancassurance…) preferably in banking or financial institution Knowledge of Business Process Management and Improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean), for example: business process design, business operating procedures, data process modelling… Fluency in written and spoken English University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas Good knowledge of credit card system and processes Experiences in Project Management is plus BENEFIT/ QUYỀN LỢI Working time: 5 days per/ week (from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday) Health care program Annual leave: 12 days per/ year and 3 days of summer leaves We proudly offer this position to successful candidate with very competitive income package, as well as attractive compensation including 13rd month salary and annual performance bonus.
