Mô tả công việc Mapping, analysing, developing and implementing the credit card procedures + Cooperating with process owners and users to define and analyze current operational procedure/workflow with recommendations of the optimized solutions + Managing the change in process to ensure following BPMN standardization in organization + Mapping the process in Business Process Management and Notation (BPMN) and get the verification from the related departments + Providing post implementation support to solve process/procedure of problems Participate in company’s projects, processes creation and improvement in credit card business Measuring and monitoring KPI of credit card process and proving feedback performance as well as controlling operation´s productivity to optimize the cost. Work with IT related to credit care business topics to define how the technology supports the workflow and participate/follow in UAT to make sure the process implementing as per design Quyền lợi được hưởng We proudly offer this position to successful candidate with very competitive income package, as well as attractive compensation including 13rd month salary and annual performance bonus. Working time: 5 days per/ week (from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday) Annual leave: 12 days per/ year and 3 days of summer leaves Health care program Company trip Yêu cầu kỹ năng At least 2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Process, preferably in banking or financial institution Strong communication skills Fluency in written and spoken English Knowledge of Business Process Management and Improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean), for example: business process design, business operating procedures, data process modelling… Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio) University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas Experiences in Project Management is plus
