Mô tả công việc • Work closely with project team to capture customer's needs and design future business processes. • Take part in presenting and doing a demo of the solutions to prospects with customers • Perform a Fit-Gap analysis and produce functional resolution or alternate process to bridge the gap • Take part in consulting, implementation, training to users, UAT/go-live, and support of the WMS solutions to customers • Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Strong research and self-study skills. • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technology skills
