Mô tả công việc Be responsible to recommend in the development of marketing and advertising programs for Credit card products Evaluate current competitive conditions and advise management of possible impact on assigned products and services Maintain strong relationship with another departments for marketing and sales of assigned product(s) to monitor trends, determine customer expectation, understand sales officers’ needs, etc Be responsible for the management of assigned product(s), which are unlimited to product planning, development and implementation and coordination of sales and marketing strategies, objectives and programs Reviews complaint, suggestion and improve a plan for resolution Evaluate ideas for new products, investigates market opportunities and effect on market of present products, and recommend exploitation of economically attractive products Develop and recommend marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts Other tasks as assigned by upper management level. Recommend new or revised products by researching or directing research to determine customer/prospect needs and probability of purchase Recommends criteria for testing newly developed products, review test results and recommend necessary alteration of testing of product Perform other duties as required. Experience completing card processing conversions that require migrating data from one processing platform to another. University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas Must have experience with Credit Card system, Napas/MasterCard or Visa Credit Card platform installations. Must have 2 years of experience with Card payement/Processing in a financial institution. Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio) Knowledge of Card payment industry Fluency in written and spoken English Extensive knowledge of the function and credit card processes.
