Mô tả công việc I. Role This role is supporting Financial Planning & Analysis activities of the company under Business Planning Manager’s supervision, contributing to ensure Market performance is in line with short-term commercial plans and mid-term corporate strategies; delivering in-depth business partnering services II. Accountabilities 1. Financial Planning and Analysis Ensure end-to-end completion of FP&A core work scope regarding to short-term and long-term planning cycles, and monthly follow-ups in due time with accuracy and quality, include: Working and submission: Strategic simulation to detailed analysis; Thorough understanding of proposals & challenging with critical, business-driven mindset; Pre-alignments before submission in time & with accuracy Preparation: Calendar & Schedule development with stakeholders, Facilitation of key forecast input processes, Functional planning template & Consolidated templates preparation. Ad-hoc requests from Management team to provide greater clarity & insight into the commercial planning 2. Business Partnering Deliver financial insight that fuel Management tactical & strategic decision-making, such as: Performance review & ROI assessment Re-assessing Company’s resources & re-allocation of investments Financial scenarios and risk assessment (e. g. tax & pricing, business modelling) Cash-flow planning & tracking that reflects the latest business need for working capital and allows the most effective funding approach 3.
