Mô tả công việc The duties and responsibilities of the PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR are include, but are not limited to the following: - To understand overall planning and deadlines to achieve production targets. - To assign & delegate different tasks to shift leaders and workers throughout production operation. - To understand how to control and operate the machines parameters in Pre & Post treatment department. - To ensure that all fabrics are produced in Pre / Post treatments meet the specified specifications. - Responsible to handover & update all information related to production planning to all shift leaders & operators. - To work closely with department manager to ensure the correct production processes and parameters. - Ensures that standard quantity per shift is achieved in conformance of the established quality requirements, Production output are monitored, rejection and spoilage rate are being checked and downtimes analyzed to meet company objectives. - Comply with all Company policies and procedures in order to maintain a clean and orderly workplace. - Work closely and liaise with Warehouse, Dye-Ox, Lab, Quality control, Maintenance, Merchandising & HR team members. - Train the new operators as required. - Prepares manpower requisition and able to utilize manpower & other available resources to meet production requirements and on time deliveries. - Report any non-conformity to the superior for further action. - To Maintain inventory of chemicals, auxiliaries, and consumables to ensure no incidence of zero stock level. - Perform other related duties as assigned by production managers. - Working time: Work in shifting, From Monday- Saturday, Sunday: off Quyền lợi được hưởng Salary 13 Transportation Lunch meal Take care of healthy Insuarance healthy Yêu cầu kỹ năng 3-5 years experience as production supervisor Must speak functional level English Must be able to read and write functional level English Computer literate in Microsoft Office ERP systems
