Mô tả công việc Position Overview: An Implementation Consultant at WFX enables efficient and timely implementation of the WFX’s ERP product solution that solves client’s business challenges, enhances productivity, and meets customer requirements. Delivers value to the customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with the solution provided and its implementation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Account Manager/Project Manager/Senior Implementation Consultant in coordinating with technical team, as well as coordinate if required, regarding the status of new developments/technical issues faced by clients, and ensure the client is well informed regarding any changes in delivery schedule. Provide training on the usage of the assigned product modules to the client team, including end users as well as system admin. Assist the Account Manager/Project Manager/Senior Implementation Consultant in gathering and documenting the requirement specifications from existing clients. Collect required customer data and configure product system before it goes live. Also train the customer’s system admin on uploading and configuring the system in future. Troubleshoot existing functionality in case of client reported bugs/issues, provide explanation to the client or assign to the technical team if required, and suggest an alternate solution in the meanwhile, if possible. Create relevant test cases and perform end user testing post a new development or bug fix to ensure client requirements are being fulfilled. Support the going live process at client’s end, i.e. when customer starts using the product commercially, by assisting the client end users wherever required, answering their queries, and solving any problems. Client Interaction: Daily client interaction required in this role. Travel : Travel required to client locations, domestic as well as international as per requirement on short notice. Supervision Received: Day to day supervision is performed by Senior Implementation Consultant/Project Manager/Account Manager, while performance appraisal is conducted by the Account Manager. The role requires little independent judgement/decision making with regular supervision. Experience: 1-3 years of experience (Freshers are welcomed) Technical Skills (Preferred): Practical knowledge of BI reporting using SSRS, SQL. English Skills: Can communicate fluently in English. Other Skills: Solution oriented mindset with high accountability and reliability to be able to effectively solve customer problems in a timely manner. Great listening skills to be able to understand customer expectations accurately. High customer orientation and ability to build as well as manage strong customer relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as collaborative approach with ability to work as a team player.  Ability to manage pressure effectively and deliver quality output within project timelines.
