Mô tả công việc • Gather and analyze user requirements for in-house systems enhancement • Deploy and develop IT Infrastructure plans align itself with the company's overall financial, and corporate strategy • Improve/ design Operational Processes and Procedure for technical team • Lead, motivate, grow, monitor, and guide technical team. Supports IT colleague's tri triage issues, executes standard operating procedures, manages work, and communicates the status of issue • Ensure the continued availability of IT services to expected service and security levels (develop and architect business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and recovery solutions and plans) • Update network diagram and LAN, WAN, Server Incident report frequently. • Install, maintain, backup and monitor Physical servers and VM Servers. • Efficiency plan for data backup and drill in restoring data regularly. • Training for users • Manage and support local security audit and risk/compliance requirements • Actively investigate and update I.T software/hardware usage that will reduce operation cost or improve operation efficiency. • Liaise with external contractor for system support that is not handled internally. • Responsible for the enforcement of the company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management. • Responsible for controlling and protecting the company's assets. • Others I.T duties assigned by I.T Manager/ Group I.T Directors Quyền lợi được hưởng - Competitive salary, 13th month payment, 14 annual leaves , insurance package from Bao Viet - Chances to develop career path and receive intensive training - Shuttle buses from Hanoi and Hoa Binh city Yêu cầu kỹ năng • University graduate (Bachelor of computer science/ I.T). • CCNA/ CCNP/MCSA certificate • Communicate: English – fluent • Ability to read and understand all internal/ external I.T documents (records/ manuals etc) • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
