Mô tả công việc The duties and responsibilities of the Technical Shift Leader include, but are not limited to the following: - Learn about the machines; - Responsible for the smooth handover of all information to the incoming shift; - Support hands-on the installation of all machines in the factory; - Ensures that standard quantity per shift is achieved in conformance of the established quality requirements, Production output are monitored, rejection and spoilage rate are being checked and downtimes analyzed in order to meet company objectives; - Comply with all Company policies and procedures in order to maintain a clean and orderly workplace; - Monitors personnel posting /assignments during the shift, absences, tardiness and break times. Conduct counselling sessions to employees with behavioral problems, identify training needs of production personnel and conduct coaching and motivating sessions in order to develop each employee full potential; - Prepares manpower requisition and schedules taking into account the optimization of manpower resources in order to meet production requirements and deliveries on time; - Work together with operators to control the machines; - Co-operation with departments supporting production (Quality Control, Lab, Maintenance, Merchandiser and Human Resources); Quyền lợi được hưởng Cùng các phúc lợi như: Full lương bảo hiểm, 100% lương thử việc, làm việc 5 ngày/tuần (tùy từng vị trí), cơm trưa, xe đưa rước ...
