We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior Architecture Manager/ Deputy Director – Architecture KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Enable to interpret the masterplan (MP) design requirements, planning parameters and advising design proposal maximizing design efficiency Plan and develop development program from Concept till completion Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget. Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments. Familiar with all the necessary authorities’ requirements, submissions, and approval process from initial MP stage until construction permit (CP) including all the necessary testing and commissioning in obtaining the Occupancy Permit. Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project. Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction. Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts. Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists. To work closely with other various stakeholders including but not limited to operation, marketing, and maintenance teams. Playing a part in project and team management. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Good knowledge in Project Management and Design Degree of University with major in Architect/Construction Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill Proficiency in Vietnamese and English Ability in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, MS Project More than 10 years working experiences in construction/design, especially as an Planning and Design Architect Extensive experience and achievement in design works from concept design, schematic design and detailed design for large-scale development.
