Mô tả công việc Activities Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process Review with Cat Man any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue. Work on Product development according to the Cat Man instruction Check the shrinkage before bulk cutting accordingly adjusts the pattern, print, Embroidery with approval swatch and give approval, the accessories, approved trim, file wise and give approval. Follow Cat Man requirements, follow their comments to make a good garment Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria. Check the pattern before cutting. Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed. Collect sample & requirement wise send to Cat Man for approval. Follow up all kind of customer required garments test. Check initial finishing garments and give approval garments for finishing standard. Follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing. Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to office. Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with Category managers and supplier. Perform Pre-final and final inspection. Keeping outgoing defects percentage & Monitor evolution to minimum level. Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards. Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods. Excellent communication and listening skills. Good technical and IT skills Previous experience in production or manufacturing. Proficient in Microsoft office softtware Education: University Seniority: Minimum 5 years’ experience in science or business-based programs. Language: Good level of spoken and written in English Office skills: Good at PC work like PPT, Excel and Words Attitude: Positivie thinking and adaptability
