We are looking for a Project Manager professional with interest in any of the industries: Area SBE Project Management Authority She/He will be reporting directly to Project Management Leader Responsibilities QC plan checking and translate to local language when AM or customer finished or making the first draft QC PLAN then send to engineer and AM/Customer for approval or estimate man/days Make arrangement for service when confirmed by supplier/FF or AM or customer, send demand to planner to make related arrangement When the services activity of Customer requires a specific person/team to be in charge of the coordination and communication for the projects between AM and supplier/FF and inspector. Transitional information between supplier and AM Send PM summary daily report to AM Expense claim control Monitoring inspector performance Final Service data confirmation (Man/Days, containers, urgency cost, cancellation, missing,OT hours, etc..) Report review and revise (as needed) PM closure confirmation Internal Rating for team members. Great oral communication skills in Vietnamese to control and get proper results from Vietnam Suppliers. Basic English in reading, written and listening Have the ability of analysis and judgment Remarks In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher level of degree may be substitute for two years of experience. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of education.
