Mô tả công việc 1.Responsibilities 1.1 Management of construction projects - Responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities and other related activities on site; - Maintain and control the management and supervision to ensure the best quality for projects; - Implement and improve the management process system of construction works on aspects including: Progress, quantity, techniques, quality, information (records and documents), human resources, safety, environmental sanitation, risks and complaints; - Leading the Construction Supervision Consultant and represents QCONS on the construction site; - Report periodically on all construction activities on site through monitoring, inspection and evaluation; - Coordinate with Project Manager and CM Team for controlling of construction planning in terms of: Quality management systems, construction methods, safety measures, public order and environmental sanitation, schedules, providing material progress; - Handling of arising problems related to construction activities at the site are beyond the resolving power and authority of the Site Manager and within the authorized scope; - Control the deployment of the construction and schedule of the whole project. 1.2 Management of supervision, inspection and finishing of project - Organize and manage the supervising of construction activities of the Contractor on site for quality, safety and schedule; - Control plan, implement and control the set of records, documents for acceptance activities with contractors, suppliers of construction; - Support for Project Manager and CM Team in the control of construction cost and estimates; - Responsible for quantity and quality acceptance with Contractors, Suppliers and Customers serving for the settlement for Suppliers; - Planning, implementing and controlling the complete acceptance and handing over the project on schedule; - To organize the confirmation of the as-built drawings. 1.3 To participate in making, verification/approval of Construction methods, Detail design - To guide and consult the Contractors to make Construction method statement. Preliminary review the construction methods made by contractors; - Participate in the verification of Detail design of projects as Company requirements. 1.4 To study the Design plan of the project assigned to manage, supervise and monitor. Detecting mistakes, shortcomings and make amendment plans. 1.5 To manage and assign tasks to Construction supervion consultant teams. 1.6 Performance of other jobs: - To provide professional guidance for technical staffs assigned of Contractors. - To participate the supporting of Contractors/Consultancy to set the tenders; - Participate in contributing ideas to built regulations for construction work and documentation, other relevant documents; - And other tasks as assigned by the Chief of Construction Management /Director. 2.The results to be achieved - To evaluate honestly, objectively the quality of completed works, as the basis for the payment appropriately. - Supervising and monitoring to comply with regulations, processes and procedures. The violations, errors in construction are detected, reminded and suspension timely. - The project was completed on quantity, quality, techniques in accordance with design documents, construction methods approved. - The errors in design, construction methods are detected, warned promptly. The amendment plans are proposed timely, appropriately, to ensure properly the quality and progress. 3.Rights - To propose to Director the measures, improved methods of specialized techniques. - To settle the allowed range of problems and complaints from related Parties about the work being in charge. - Right to proactively address issues arising of specialized knowledges. 4.Reporting and authorizing - Reporting on the week, month, quarter, year to Director. - To perform technical reports as requested by the Director. - Reporting the performance jobs to the Director, in case of absences, authorizing for a staff of the Department/Team to replace for implementing. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Working time: From 8:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00, Sundays are holidays. - Work location: At the Company office and the site offices arranged by company. - Work means: Providing desks, filing cabinets, 01 computers, printer, fax, phone, email of company. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education/profession - Bachelor Degree or higher of Civil and Industry Engineering. - 10 years experiences in supervision and management of construction. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and constrcuction specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project,... - Obtaining Certificate of project supervision. - Communicative and specialized English. Skills - Strong knowledges of the technical standards of materials, construction - installation equipment. - Good communication skills. - Mastering the legal provisions of the Construction Law, Building Standards and other regulations related. - Proficient in the construction knowledges, building design. - Proficient in Office Computing. - Detecting and handling well issues. - Ability to work independently and teamwork.
