Mô tả công việc ● Conduct BPO agent performance reviews, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments by daily, weekly & monthly ● Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems, and opportunities ● Develop or enhance tools and methodology to improve analytical and diagnostic effectiveness ● Manage and improve center performance through daily performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures. ● Summarize, collect, and analyze call center trends and agents’ performance data for regular performance reports. ● Keep track of actions that are taken to address identified problem areas and monitor performance for improvements.
