Mô tả công việc *Manage project legal (Land Legal, Construction Legal, and Legal Affair) - Plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate the progress of the annual business plan in order to give timely solutions and mitigate all relevant risks. - Develop, implement and maintain an integrated system including policies, rules, procedures, and processes in order to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with legal regulations. - Participate in litigation when the project has problems. - Provide the most up-to-date set of laws and regulations applicable. - Develop, implement and control annual budget and implementation costs to ensure the cost-effectiveness of the company. - Liaise with authorities for needed documents on a legal project. - Advise and control related legal issues. *Manage project design (planning design, concept design, technical design) - Plan, manage, coordinate and support the project consultants, participate in project meetings, design reviews, and presentations. - Control the design quality, schedule of the projects. Work closely with the departments (C&V BU) and Project Owner’s teams, stakeholders to develop project designs from conceptualization to construction. - Proposing and implementing appropriate methods to solve any issues related to the design of the projects from planning, design brief, concept design to technical documentation for submissions and tender, construction. - Monitoring, evaluation, reporting on design implementation progress. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Build, maintain and establish strong relationships with various government agencies - At least 05 years of experience at an equivalent position in a company of the same size. - At least 15 years of experience in the field of legal management, design, and construction of civil and industrial works. - Priority for master's degree in fields related to Real Estate / Project Management - Knowledgeable about government procedures, preparations, submissions, and approvals. - Bachelor of Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Architecture. - Fluently in English
