Mô tả công việc Check and monitor the activity in accordance with the implement plan, process, including financial disbursement, performance results in other departments... Prepare the report/ assessment of expertise before Council & record all the changes after Council as Planning/ Controlling Manager’s direction. Coordinate with other units to set regulations, standards, and criteria. Collect reports regularly, promptly detect arising problems and solve them quickly. Coordinate with departments to ensure the agreed targets set for each functional department to complete on time Follow-up & coordinating between parties (Business Units, Center of Excellence and other units) to ensure the target of cost, quality, time and safety targets. Taking part in Internal/External Audit from other internal or external parties.
