Mô tả công việc - Fully manage the existing export-import operations comprised of tiles/ spc & quartz. - Devise and execute a master plan to further develop the existing trading activities and also expand into new opportunity areas and markets that may be divergent from the company's traditional business-lines. - Develop a depth understanding of the target markets: Able to conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers Keep abreast of the latest developments in the market Anticipate, research and report on future changes in import/export laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department's own strategy, resources and procedures. - Contribute to the commercial growth by: Developing a commercial plan for the Key Accounts Identifying and connecting with the most important players on the market. Active prospecting and running targeted sales campaigns. Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained. Contacting the network and accordingly developing new opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries Negotiating about collaboration conditions - Provide an excellent customer-related interface by: Expanding a strong sales team in targeted markets. Coordinating the teams mutually, in collaboration with VN HQ. Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities. - Build and manage a productive team to support and provide the necessary scale to achieve the objectives defined. - Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales - Secure operations: Liaising with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in relation to the organization's sales. Managing the movement of products out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local country. Managing the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities. Investigate, plan strategically effective transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and customers.
